Refund Policy
At TL Home & Landscape Solutions, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of service, project stage, labor performed, and materials purchased. Deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling is reserved, materials are ordered, or project preparation has begun. Completed services are generally non-refundable, but we encourage customers to contact us with any concerns so we can review the matter and work toward a fair resolution.
For services completed through our licensed partners, refund terms may also depend on the related service agreement or contract.
Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure scheduling, cover materials, or begin project preparation. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased, delivery has been arranged, scheduling has been reserved, or work preparation has started.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels before work begins, any refund will be reviewed based on the amount of notice given and whether materials, labor, or scheduling commitments have already been made.
Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not provided for labor already performed. However, if there is a concern about the quality or completion of the work, customers should contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a reasonable solution.
Materials and Special Orders
Any materials that have already been purchased, delivered, or specially ordered for a project are generally non-refundable.
Recurring Services
For weekly or monthly maintenance services, customers are asked to provide notice in advance for cancellations or service changes. Refunds are not typically provided for scheduled service time already reserved or completed.
Partnered Licensed Services
Some larger or specialty services may be completed through our licensed contractor partners. Refunds, deposits, and payment terms for those services may also be subject to the agreement, contract, or policy connected to the licensed partner performing the work.
