3. Estimates and Project Scope
Any estimate provided by TL Home & Landscape Solutions is based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing, scope, and project requirements may change if site conditions differ from what was originally discussed or if the customer requests additional work.
An estimate request or quote does not create a binding agreement until the project is approved and confirmed by both parties.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Submitting a booking request, estimate request, or contact form does not automatically guarantee an appointment. All appointments are subject to confirmation based on availability, service area, project type, weather, and scheduling needs.
For certain services, an in-person site visit or consultation may be required before work is scheduled or finalized.
5. Deposits and Payments
Some services or larger projects may require a deposit to secure scheduling, purchase materials, or begin project preparation. Deposit terms, if required, will be discussed before the project is confirmed.
Payment terms for the remaining balance may vary depending on the type of service, project size, and whether the work is completed directly by TL Home & Landscape Solutions or through a licensed partner.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you provide notice as soon as possible. Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may affect future booking availability and may require a deposit before a new appointment is scheduled.
Outdoor services may also need to be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, site access issues, or other conditions outside of our control.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our posted Refund Policy and may depend on the type of service, project stage, labor performed, materials purchased, and scheduling commitments already made.
Completed labor and services already performed are generally non-refundable. Materials already purchased, delivered, or specially ordered are generally non-refundable.
8. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property where services will be performed. Customers should also disclose any important site conditions, hazards, access restrictions, pets, utilities, or special instructions that may affect the project.
TL Home & Landscape Solutions is not responsible for delays, added costs, or incomplete work caused by unsafe conditions, restricted access, inaccurate project information, or circumstances outside of our control.
9. Recurring Maintenance Services
For weekly or monthly maintenance services, the customer agrees to the service frequency, general scope, and scheduling arrangement discussed at the time of booking. Recurring service dates may vary due to weather, holidays, route scheduling, or seasonal adjustments.
We reserve the right to update service timing, route order, or maintenance scope as reasonably needed to complete recurring services effectively.
10. Licensed Partner Services
Some services promoted through TL Home & Landscape Solutions may be completed in whole or in part through trusted licensed contractor partners. For projects that require licensure, permits, or specialty contracting, those services may be subject to separate estimates, agreements, payment terms, timelines, warranties, and policies connected to the licensed contractor performing the work. New Mexico states that anyone engaged in construction-related contracting must be licensed, and CID guidance says certain permits must be pulled by a New Mexico licensed contractor before the work is performed.
By requesting or proceeding with those services, you understand that TL Home & Landscape Solutions may coordinate, refer, or work alongside a licensed partner as appropriate for the project.
11. Materials and Product Selection
Any product descriptions, samples, design ideas, or finish recommendations shown on our website or in communications are for general reference only. Actual colors, textures, materials, finishes, and product availability may vary.
If materials are selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for approving those selections before installation or use.
12. Project Timelines
Any timeline provided is an estimate only and may change due to weather, material delays, project changes, site conditions, labor availability, inspections, or partner scheduling. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
13. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We aim to provide quality service and professional results, but no guarantee is made that every service will produce a specific visual, financial, or property-value outcome. Results may vary depending on property condition, materials, maintenance, environment, and other factors.
14. Photos and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TL Home & Landscape Solutions may photograph completed or in-progress work for documentation, portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes, provided no sensitive personal information is intentionally shared.
If you prefer that your property not be photographed or used for marketing, please let us know in writing before the project begins.
15. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and original images, is owned by or used with permission by TL Home & Landscape Solutions unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TL Home & Landscape Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services delayed, modified, or affected by weather, materials, third parties, site conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
